If you need help starting the design process, we can help. We have designed many custom kitchens and baths at little or no cost to our clients. When your project is on a larger scale, we can assist you in selecting an architect/designer and will gladly work with your architect/designer during the design and specifications process, upon your request. We are happy to share our ideas, observations and experience with all involved. We believe it is our professional responsibility to help you in any way we can, beginning with our first meeting.

We Provide Individual Service

We are a low-volume construction company, limiting the number of projects we undertake in order to focus on keeping your project on track and on time, start to finish. Ron McChesney will be on site on a daily basis throughout your remodeling project to personally see that the work is proceeding according to plan, answer any questions and ensure the quality of the work being done.

We will act as your agent in dealing with outside entities - your building department, architect, engineer, utility and cable companies, subcontractors, and material suppliers.

We will maintain regular communications with you throughout your project with meetings, phone calls, emails, faxes, etc., as needed.

We are an innovative company with excellent problem solving skills and we will put these to work for you. For example, the Johnson’s were frustrated by the lack of access to a large attic space above their kitchen and dining room (the rest of the house had vaulted ceilings). We came up with an easy way to access this space from the kitchen, and cleverly disguised it in the process.

At the conclusion of your project we will give you a DVD with ‘Before,’ ‘During’ and ‘After’ photos that you can share with family and friends.
